Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：113° 53′ 北纬：39° 20′ 海拔：1520 建筑形式：西跑池长城11号敌台，南邻10号敌台，位于西跑池长城墙体外侧5米处。特点是该敌台没有在墙体上，在墙体外侧有一突出墙体与墙体联系，由于破坏严重，这一墙体长5米，底宽3.5米，顶宽及高度不清。 材料：有石、砖包敌台的痕迹，土台由纯净黄土筑成，夯打，夯土层0.2－0.4米。 附近遗存：南邻10号敌台。
