Details:长城类别：墙体 起点经纬高度：东经：° ′ 北纬：° ′ 海拔： 终点经纬高度：东经：° ′ 北纬：° ′ 海拔： 墙体走向： 墙体类别：石墙 结构特点及构筑方式： 现状：长城少数段落处于为承德市宽城县与秦皇岛市青龙县之间的县界之上，其余均位于承德市宽城境内。 该段长城南与头道岭山险相接，沿山脊南-北向延伸约130余米后，转东-西向沿山脊向下延伸，直至头道岭村南约50米处山脚处路边止，全长约1120米。 墙体均为石砌，砌筑方式有两种，一种为两侧块石包砌，中间填碎石，该类墙体较宽，保存相对较好；另一种为不规则小块石和片石混砌，墙体窄而低矮，大部分坍塌，多数现状为土垄状。根据墙体保存现状，整段长城可分三段： 第一段：山险北侧石墙起点，坐标：N40°17′05.6″、E118°33′43.2″；高程426m～宽城01号烽火台，坐标：N40°17′15.1″E118°33′23.4″；高程：361m，段长约680米，墙体块石垒砌，大部坍塌呈石垄状，最宽仅1.9米，最高1.2米，保存较差。
